You may wish that organization would like to get basic web-based IP training on regular basis. Your organization  do n't have in-house IP professional or IP team as such, but you need IP service at regular basis.

That’s why we launched the RETAINER SPECIAL VALUE PROGRAM (RSVP) to meet all your IP needs as you remain in touch throughout the calender. The package comes up with two value added products:

• Setting up at most 5 monthly patent alerts for your technical/ research domains those would be directly delivered to your mail box to stay informed about the latest development in your field.
• 20% rebate on patent Landscape, Novelty, Patentability, Freedom-to practice (country specific), Patent drafting and Patent filing fees.
• A quick patent search and report on your selected topic (Maximum 2h engagement/ week) .
• Half an hour monthly Web-based training for any number of your employees on a selected IP topic.
• Half an hour IP advisory call per week with our IP analyst/ professional. 
• Regular update on your patent application status.
• Assistance in full text journal and patent pdf copy.
• Subscription fee: 2,40,000 INR for 1 year (@20K per month, could accept in two half yearly installments)

  In addition to all services available in RSVP GOLD

• Priority filing*: Novelty search, drafting and filing, 10 working days for Provisional and 20 working days for Indian applications.
• 20% rebate in RFE and office action support service.
• Keeping track of ALL patent applications, set reminder by email.
• Monthly Face to Face / on call meeting with IP attorney.
• Subscription fee: 3,00,000 INR for 1 year (@25K per month, could accept in two half yearly installments) 

*from the day of submission of  duly filled request for patent application (RFPA)
